My Iron Man Pep Model

My life size Iron Man Helmet I am building, it took 9 hours cutting and the rest putting together, all in all about 28hrs!!
Next I will be applying Fibreglass then body filling... I shall be posting more picture updates throughout my progress!!

You can use plain normal Card that is able to go through your printer!
